My students and I love using GoNoodle in the classroom.  We enjoy moving first thing in the morning before starting our literacy block.  My students get the wiggles out and are more focused on reading and word work as a result of GoNoodle's fun brain breaks.
We also enjoy the GoNoodle brain breaks before we go home for the day.  It is a great way to wrap up the day on an active and engaging note.  Plus, who doesn't like a little dance party before going home for the day?
I also pick a student of the day to choose which brain breaks we will use for the day, and this makes them feel special and gives them the chance to pick their favorite brain breaks!
